Key Responsibilities:
* Organize team members to deliver contracted work scope, providing daily functional management, guidance, and direction.
* Build, lead, and develop project teams.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, actively managing risks and issues, and escalating as needed.
* Manage client relationships and key stakeholders, both internal and external.
* Develop and maintain project plans, KPIs, prepare costing reports, and provide weekly and monthly status reports.
* Make timely decisions under pressure using your initiative.
* Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
* Continually seek new initiatives and process improvements to enhance project management practices and organizational capabilities.
* Report effectively with accurate and reliable data on status, trends, outlook, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3-5 years of site management experience in a similar role.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, and ERP systems.
* In-depth knowledge of the role of Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS).
* Demonstrated experience managing projects for a main contractor in Ireland/UK on utility and/or infrastructure projects.
* Commercial awareness with experience in contract administration (preferably NEC and FIDIC).
* Detailed knowledge of Project Management methodology and practices.
* Strong planning and organizational skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Experience managing interfaces between Clients, Project Teams, and Senior Management is crucial.
