Regulatory Reporting Manager |Permanent| Dublin / Hybrid There is an excellent opportunity for a Regulatory Reporting Manager to join an investment bank based in Dublin.
This role offers a Liquidity subject matter to work within a supportive Group Treasury Division.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist with BAU liquidity returns preparation and review for the regulator and internal bank stakeholders
2. The Liquidity Obligations include (not limited to) daily estimate of Liquidity ratios (LCR & NSFR)
3. Quarterly COREP EBA requirements (e.g., NSFR, Asset Encumbrance)
4. Support the wider Reporting, Risk, Analytics and Platforms team with understanding and commentary for business changes and movements in HQLA/Cashflows/Encumbrance/Balance Sheet.
5. Review and recommend enhancements to the production processes and controls by working with both the embedded risk function within the Reporting, Risk, Analytics and Platforms team and the Head of Production (offshore).
6. Support projects to meet new regulatory requirements, while also driving change initiatives, including process improvements
REQUIREMENTS
7. Knowledge CRD / CRR liquidity calculations, such as LCR and NSFR
8. Understanding of liquidity reporting requirements. (EBA Taxonomy 3.x)
9. Ability to develop strong working relationships with team members and key internal clients including treasury, risk, data, and business unit finance teams.
10. Well organised and methodical approach with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to manage multiple priorities
12. Proven ability to take ownership and accountability for deliverables, balanced by sound professional judgement.
