**Role:** Customer Service Agent
Salary: €28,000 p/a + bonus + benefits (healthcare insurance, free car park, continuous training)
Relocation: up to €1,450
Location: Limerick
Work Model: Hybrid (min 3 days onsite)
Requirements:
* Proven customer support experience
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Familiar with CRM systems and practices
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers by telephone and email
2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries
3. Handle and resolve customer complaints
4. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries
5. Set up new customer accounts
6. Keep records of customer interactions
7. Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
8. Record details of actions taken
9. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
10. Follow up on customer interactions
11. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
