Job Description
A Customer Service Supply Chain Executive is required on a permanent basis by CareerWise Recruitment for our global dairy trade client based in Limerick County.
Key Responsibilities
* Issue purchase orders and sales order confirmations to reconcile stock levels.
* Coordinate logistics operations within Ireland.
* Work on group projects and provide customer service/supplier liaison support.
* Edit weekly orders to ensure accuracy of sales orders and product codes.
* Measure and communicate performance metrics for service providers.
* Manage rejections, complaints, and absent cover for customs paperwork/production batches.
* Assist with administration tasks, including travel bookings.
Customer Experience (CX)
* Create and implement customer feedback forms.
* Develop and maintain the customer playbook.
Marketing
* Monitor website analytics and customer acquisition performance.
* Manage business LinkedIn activity and marketing collateral.
Requirements
