Principal Consultant at Morgan McKinley - Accounting & Finance

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee financial processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting of transactions, budgets, and accounts.
2. Prepare comprehensive monthly and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
3. Analyse financial data, identifying trends and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
4. Contribute to cost management strategies, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
5. Drive continuous improvements in financial systems, processes, and compliance controls.
6. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to support financial planning and regulatory requirements.
About You:
1. Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with relevant post-qualification experience ideally within the SME or public sector space.
2. Detail-oriented and highly organised, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
