Here at BYD Waterford, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, ambitious individual to join our team as Aftersales Advisor in our BYD showroom on the Inner Ring Road Waterford.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Service
Act as the first point of contact with customers either by telephone, email or face to face seeking to convert customer queries into, when appropriate, service bookings.
* Generate appropriate documentation in relation to the service booking.
* Meet and greet all customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
* Dealing with the receiving of, and the handback of a vehicle to the customer.
* To agree cost and deadlines with the customer whilst also clarifying issues relating to the service/repair.
* Check on progress of services to vehicles throughout the day and contact customers to communicate and receive approval and authorisation regarding any changes in the cost-estimate, promised time of delivery or recommended services.
* Work as part of a team efficiently and professionally.
* Liaising with other teams in the business, management, reception, warranty, parts, sales.
Parts
* Maintenance of stock including processing parts, deliveries, orders and returns.
* Dealing with aftersales customers both on the phone and in person.
* Dealing with customer queries.
* Co-ordinate daily parts deliveries.
* Promote accessories sales.
* General warehouse duties.
* To carry out customer follow up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop and provide the sale of accessories and parts.
