Dr Eva's Clinics are looking for a fully qualified office administrator for our busy clinic in Loughlinstown. This is a part-time permanent role with flexible hours.
Duties:
* Answering the phones and dealing with customer queries
* Booking in patients, keeping up to date records on our CRM systems
* Helping with stock control
* Sales
* Filing and keeping invoice records up to date
* Uploading stock quantities and images on our website
* Other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
* At least 3 years experience in a busy office environment
* Microsoft proficient
* A good knowledge of social media platforms
* Good communication, customer service, and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
Must have a keen interest in health and well-being. Full training will be provided.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €14.00-€16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
