About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Communications Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and business development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with business goals. To lead the marketing team on the various campaigns, events, and activities to meet these goals.
Create and manage content for online and offline channels, including websites, social media, press releases, and brochures.
Manage communications to all external audiences/stakeholders, including existing & previous customers, new business prospects, industry bodies etc. Communications will include hard copy brochures, leaflets, invites, and digital communications i.e. newsletters, surveys and automated emails via HubSpot.
Oversee branding efforts to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
Monitor and report monthly on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to generate leads and support client acquisition.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Organise and promote events, exhibitions, and client networking opportunities.
Manage the marketing budget.
HubSpot – Development and implementation of the system. Support to all team members working on it. Development and oversight of tools and templates to be used within it – supported by Graphic Design.
Qualifications:
Marketing/Communications/Business related degree
5+ years’ experience in marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Adept at learning new products and systems
Self-motivated and self-driven
Experience in HubSpot or other CRM tools (preferred but not necessary)
