The Role
The Sales Manager role involves leading and motivating a team of sales agents in our Cork office as well as a team of technical assessors based throughout Ireland ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly KPI's/targets are achieved. The successful candidate will have full responsibility for the company's sales function with support from our wider team including marketing, technical, IT, and management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver training and coaching to sales team members.
2. Drive overall quality within direct sales teams.
3. Motivating, leading and managing field sales team.
4. Setting goals, targets and incentives for the sales teams.
5. Growing the team and recruiting new sales team members.
6. Developing & implementing KPI's across the sales function.

2. A passion for sales & developing salespeople.
3. Experience in developing, training and managing a high-performance sales team.
4. Must be comfortable in a high volume fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum of 3 years+ experience in similar role & 10 Years+ Sales Experience.
2. Experience working in selling to consumers.
3. A proven track record in building and growing a sales team.
4. Experience in supporting a target-driven environment.
5. Excellent IT Skills including Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Excellent numerate skills with meticulous attention to detail.
