Finance Manager Job Description
Artemis Human Capital is partnering with a fantastic business in Dublin to appoint a Finance Manager to their growing operation. This is a key role with full ownership of the finance function, working closely with the board of directors.
The Role:
* Oversight of the finance team and adherence to stringent reporting deadlines.
* Finalisation and presentation of monthly management accounts & board packs.
* Budget setting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
* Cashflow forecasting and management.
* Preparation of annual statutory accounts.
* Liaison with external auditors as the primary point of contact.
* Implementation of controls and procedures.
* VAT returns.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
* Exceptional people management skills.
* Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
* Advanced organisational skills, including project management with competing deadlines.
* Proficiency in Excel.
