This role helps develop and maintain our core infrastructure for onboarding operations in the field.
It involves vendor and relationship management with 3rd parties to ensure strategic goals are achieved.
A clear understanding of the onboarding process and how it affects the field by collecting information across countries/sub-regions is essential.
Ensuring all onboarding services are implemented and delivered in all countries.
What you'll be doing: You will be responsible for developing and delivering service-related topics to support the onboarding strategy.Promote usage of IT for You and CPIT Knowledge Base(s) to support project/product delivery and end-user knowledge transfer.
The Role:· Develop and enhance current tools.· Provide advanced reporting and analytics.· Act as program manager for key strategic development topics.· Develop and refine problem management for services and tools.· Delivery and support of projects/rollouts of the service.· Contributing towards the creation and maintenance of KBA's (in HCSM).· Strong communication skills, intercultural sensitivity, and innovative thinking.· Execution of service strategy (upcoming rollouts, outgoing services, changes, rollbacks, etc.)
& updates.· Collecting field feedback through data validation/mining to report to central teams.· Measure and improve customer experience by collecting and analyzing feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance the onboarding process.Role Requirements:· You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the 2nd level IT support role, technical customer support, or technical implementation roles.· Strong understanding of Process Automation and Development tools.· Strong project management skills and understanding of agile methodologies.· Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to lead and drive successful implementation/adoption of IT services.· Technical leadership experience including excellent customer focus and communication skills.· Experience in customer experience measurement and improvement, including collecting and analyzing feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance processes.
