Our client is based in Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole and is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join their team.
This is a permanent role, office based, hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Salary is €35,000 – €40,000 plus bonus and pension as well as 25 days holidays.
DUTIES OF THE ROLE
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining a professional manner.
* Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
* Assist customers with order processing, including returns and exchanges.
* Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction.
* Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
* Process and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex issues.
* Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance service quality.
* Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies.
* Participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
* Adhere to company procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance and maintain high-quality service.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* 3 to 5 years in administration, customer service, or stock management.
* Proven ability to excel in dynamic, fast-paced work environments.
* Prior experience in customer service.
* Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills, including proficiency in email and chat systems.
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to develop and sustain effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, using a proactive approach to motivate teams and meet organizational goals.
* Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with ERP and database management systems.
* Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
* Capability to work effectively within a team, positively contributing to group dynamics and objectives.
* Flexible, can-do attitude suited for a fast-paced business environment.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve goals and deliver results.
