Territory Manager Opportunity
Are you a sales professional with exceptional people skills? We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our team in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Call on supermarkets and convenience stores within your territory to increase brand availability, recognition, and sales of Unilever products.
* Engage with store staff to build strong relationships and communicate the latest product lines, offers, and promotions.
* Influence product merchandising in-store, including the positioning of products on shelves and the creation of promotional displays.
* Utilize selling skills to deliver business objectives and KPIs, manage distribution and availability of brands, and identify opportunities for display and space improvements.
* Develop sound business relationships with all customers and increase sales by optimizing product placement, space, and availability.

Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role (or direct sales or customer-facing experience)
* Exceptional people skills and a sales mindset
* A full Irish manual driving licence (with no more than 6 pts or previous bans)
Working Conditions:
* This is a field-based role which will involve regular travel on a daily basis, so you must be comfortable driving distance.
* Overnights may be required on occasion.
