Work with the continuous improvement team to implement software upgrades and enhancements to increase the efficiency & effectiveness of the company. Ashgrove uses the Zoho One suite of software applications.
* Implement layout improvements on the Zoho CRM software platform.
* Create data analytics charts and dashboards on Zoho Analytics.
* Create, test, and deploy workflow automations throughout the organization's software.
* Work with the CI team to decide on and implement process improvements throughout the company.
* Review, test, and assist in the setup of new software applications for the company.
* Maintain and upgrade the company website, partner, and customer portal.
* Work with department heads to define, establish, and departmental KPIs and KQIs.
* Liaise with our Zoho support partner in the development of more complicated enhancements.
* Assist in the development and deployment of non-software based process improvements.

Zoho uses Deluge as its programming language. Knowledge of this is not required, but being familiar with programming languages in general will allow for easy review and adapting of code where necessary.
