Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse.
Responsibilities
* Receive deliveries of dry goods stock and live plants from suppliers.
* Conduct thorough inspections to verify accurate quantities and record all essential information.
* Effectively manage and process all paperwork and delivery notes, adhering to company procedures.
* Oversee waste management, implementing monitoring and control measures.
* C coordinate the collection of recycling materials.
* Collaborate on customer deliveries with other branches, ensuring precise stock selection and proper attachment of necessary paperwork.
* Schedule and supervise routine maintenance activities for warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet trucks.
Requirements
* Excellent organizational abilities to oversee multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
* Proven track record in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role, demonstrating effective leadership and operational expertise.
* Essential possession of a forklift license, indicating proficiency in forklift operations within a warehouse setting.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
