About the Job
The Senior Retail Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing the brand's retail marketing strategy, ensuring that all in-store and retail partnerships are aligned with the overarching brand objectives. This role will focus on optimizing retail marketing campaigns, supporting retail partnerships, and coordinating promotional activities to enhance customer engagement and brand presence across retail channels. This role is open to applicants from both Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Accountabilities Include
Retail Marketing Strategy Execution:Implement and execute retail marketing campaigns in line with brand guidelines to enhance visibility and drive sales.Collaborate with the Retail Marketing Manager to define retail strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs).Support the creation of retail marketing collateral (posters, point of sale materials, digital displays) that aligns with product launches and promotions.In-Store Promotions and Events:Coordinate and manage in-store promotional activities, events, and pop-up experiences.Work closely with store teams to ensure smooth execution and compliance with brand standards.Analyze the effectiveness of in-store promotions and events, providing post-event reports with insights.Retail Partner Relationships:Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key accounts to ensure the brand is well-represented across multiple retail touchpoints.Coordinate with retail partners to support joint promotional efforts, special offers, and seasonal activations.Collaborate with the sales and merchandising teams to ensure retail execution aligns with brand objectives.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with the brand, digital, and product teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and product launches.Partner with the PR and social media teams to amplify retail campaigns and drive consumer engagement both online and offline.
Experience Needed
4-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, or brand management, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail for creating high-quality marketing materials.Solid understanding of multi-channel marketing, including digital, print, in-store, and event marketing.Basic knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) to support data-driven decision-making.Ability to assist in the planning and execution of retail marketing campaigns, product launches, and retail activations.Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proactive and adaptable team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.Creative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh ideas to retail marketing activations and brand strategies.Interest in exploring innovative marketing techniques to drive brand growth and customer loyalty in flagships stores.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.Knowledge & PassionGenuine enthusiasm for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of Sculpted by Aimee’s mission and products.
