They are an employer of choice with large spacious and bright offices and excellent facilities.What is involved within this position:The successful individual will strategically and commercially analyze staffing structure, current processes, costings/pricings, approach, and current infrastructure set-up with the goal of making positive changes to improve all aspects related to aftersales. This crosses into Global Aftersales, Global Delivery, and Global Technical Support. The successful individual will analyze performances, trends, and metrics/insights, gearing the department for scaling up over the next few years - focusing on pricing strategy, operational costings, current service offerings, and driving towards sustainable revenue and profit growth. The role involves comprehensively understanding the market, increasing aftersales, making efficiencies, spearheading new initiatives, engaging with relevant stakeholders, building relationships, and focusing on customer satisfaction and increasing return business.
