Job Opportunity: Coordination Administrator
You are an experienced administrator with a passion for supporting global training and engagement meetings. We are looking for an expert to support Development Leaders and Organization leadership, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of key deliverables during Investigator meetings.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage administrative tasks related to planning for virtual and live meetings.
* Serve as the central point of contact for the study team regarding meeting logistics, including vendors, travel details, and affiliate requirements.
* Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
* Support the planning, execution, and delivery of virtual/live Investigator meetings on a global scale.
* Manage attendees, handle logistical coordination, and ensure all meeting details are well-organised and effectively communicated.
* Handle exceptions and troubleshoot potential issues to ensure seamless meeting execution.
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, clearly conveying information to team members and leadership.

* Proven track record of managing virtual/live events and understanding meeting logistics.
* Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
