This role will be based in our Brown Thomas Grafton Street Store.
This is a 22.50 hour role with a focus on weekend cover from Friday - Sunday.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to work additional hours, particularly during peak periods.
KNOW THE ROLE Leadership of Own Buy and Concession Teams: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the own buy and concession teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Onboarding and Integration: Oversee the seamless integration and performance of all new team members and their mentors.
Sales Performance and Opportunity Maximisation: Closely monitor division sales, identifying emerging opportunities and potential risks.
Concession Business Optimisation: Regularly review and assess concession business performance.
Sales Target Achievement: Inspire and lead your team to consistently exceed sales targets.
Market Intelligence and Feedback: Actively evaluate customer feedback and market trends.
Strategic Planning: Lead forward planning for key initiatives.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough price checks and competitive analysis.
Product Knowledge Mastery: Ensure that the team is thoroughly trained in product knowledge.
Operational Excellence: Lead cross-functional operational teams.
Online Fulfilment Leadership: Take accountability for the leadership and performance of the online fulfilment team.
Customer Experience Optimisation: Minimise customer lost opportunities through clear processes.
Innovation and Change Leadership: Champion innovation and drive transformative change across the department.
