Organisational Design Lead - Newly created role
MCS Group is delighted to partner with a multi-award winning organisation as they look to add an Organisational Design Lead to their team on a full-time permanent basis.

The role: You will work closely with senior leadership, HR, and department managers to assess, develop, and implement organisational structures that support efficiency, scalability, and long-term growth.
You will play a crucial role in shaping team dynamics, optimising resource allocation, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct organisational assessments to identify challenges and areas for improvement.
* Align organisational design strategies with the company's long-term business goals.
* Design and lead change management initiatives to support organisational evolution.
* Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
* Support leadership in developing succession plans and career progression pathways.
* Identify skills gaps and design training programmes to support employee development.
* Review and improve performance management processes to align with company goals.
* Implement employee engagement and retention strategies to drive long-term success.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Bachelor's degree in HR, or a related field.
* Proven experience in organisational design, HR, or HR consulting.
* Strong background in stakeholder engagement, change management, and talent development.
* Experienced with HRIS, and utilising data analytics tools.
