Job Description
PM Group is a leading International engineering, architecture, project and construction management firm. With a network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US and a multi-discipline team of c. 3,700 people, we deliver complex, capital projects in the life sciences, food and beverages, mission critical/ICT, advanced manufacturing, energy and environmental sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Implementation & Process Design:
* Partner with stakeholders to design, document, and align processes for new system implementations.
* Support the rollout of HR systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address feedback to optimize system performance.
2. System Management & Optimization:
* Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring stability, functionality, and user satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities to enhance system capabilities to align with evolving business needs.
* Troubleshoot where possible and escalate technical issues efficiently.
* System interfaces
* System upgrades and end to end system testing
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Act as a liaison between HR, Digital Applications Team, and other departments to ensure seamless system integration.
* Train and support HR team members and end-users in understanding and using the systems effectively.
4. Data Management:
* Ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of data within HR systems.
* Data Migration
5. Continuous Improvement:
* Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
* Proactively propose enhancements or new features to streamline HR processes.
6. Compliance & Best Practices:
* Ensure all HR systems comply with local and international regulations, including data protection standards.
* Stay informed about trends in HR technology and industry best practices.
Qualifications
7. Technical Skills:
* Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., HR, recruitment, learning management).
* Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Cornerstone, iCIMS, Success Factors etc).
* Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools.
8. Soft Skills:
* Strong understanding of HR process and best practices.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Change management experience and ability to overcome change resistance.
9. Qualifications/Experience:
* 3rd Level qualification in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in supporting HR systems.
* Previous Experience in HR systems implementation.
