Job Title: IO Global FP&A Accountant
Kerry is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team. This role will involve collaborating with global functional leads to drive business growth and manage costs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a Finance Business Partner for multiple IO functions and senior leadership
* Oversee Accelerate reporting, analyze indirect costs, and manage indirect headcount monthly and during forecasting/budgeting
* Ensure monthly results accuracy, working with Enablement and General Ledger (GL) teams
* Provide monthly performance decks and key commentary, offering insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making
* Support global business processes, including performance reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
* Help achieve FP&A objectives by delivering consistent information for data management commonality
* Assist the Global IO Insights & Transformation Finance Manager with forecasting and budgeting for the group & collaborating with the IO FD and relevant functional leads on analysis for plant transformation, acquisitions, divestments, and other strategic projects for IO
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
* Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, preferably within a global organization
* Experience as a finance lead/accountant in a manufacturing site highly desirable
* Background in FP&A with experience in budgeting, forecasting & improving global business processes an advantage
* Demonstrated ability to provide insightful commentary on business performance and support decision-making
* Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools
* Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and project management skills

Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
