* 3+ years’ experience in a similar position.
* Strong customer service background.

* Excel at understanding, anticipating, and meeting customer needs.
* Genuine desire to exceed customers’ expectations.
* Experienced in Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel.
* Strong ability to learn various IT systems.
