We are currently recruiting for a Senior Retail Sales Assistant (DIY and Garden Care Area) in our award wining Leighlinbridge Store to join our dynamic team, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and upholding the stores high standards.
Key Responsibilities: Engage customers with exceptional service, ensuring their needs are met professionally and efficiently.
Strive to exceed personal and store sales targets through outstanding customer experiences.
Maximize sales by building relationships, offering tailored recommendations, and demonstrating product knowledge.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support and inspire the team to deliver top-tier service.
Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing sales floor.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and store security.
Stay updated on products and industry trends to provide informed advice.
Follow company policies to drive efficiency and meet business goals.
The Ideal Candidate: 2+ years of retail sales experience with a strong customer service focus.
Passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding expectations.
Skilled in building customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Experience in ordering, stock control, and managing a product line (preferred).
Knowledge of KPIs and how to drive sales performance.
Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Creative with strong visual merchandising skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player.
