The Role
As a Service Technician, you will deliver an effective maintenance service to hospitals within Ireland, including delivery and installation of products, repair and proactive maintenance, and support at the delivery stage.
Main responsibilities:
* Deliver clean products to customer sites and collect after use for decontamination
* Disinfect, function check, repair, and electrical safety test products
* Complete records of testing, delivery, and collection
* Maintain product stock and spare parts inventory
* Complete product modifications when required
* Provide product demonstrations and basic training to staff
* Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
Hiring Requirements
To join our team as a Service Technician, you will need a full manual driving licence, a proactive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and basic knowledge of hygiene and safety rules.
You should also be able to communicate effectively, work under your own initiative, follow procedures laid out by the business, and have basic PC skills.
Please note that this role involves manual handling, lifting, carrying, and loading products into the van.
