We are a growing real estate company based in Cork City, with operations across the country. We are seeking an Office Manager with experience in bookkeeping, property management, and coordinating staff to help oversee our daily operations and support our administrative and financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage office operations, including scheduling, supplies, and general administrative support
2. Perform bookkeeping duties such as invoicing, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records
3. Property management tasks: monitor rental payments, track leases, and support tenant communication
4. Oversee contract management, ensuring contracts are signed and up-to-date
5. Support various departments as needed and coordinate office logistics
Requirements:
1. 1+ years of experience in office management, administrative roles, or property management
2. Familiarity with bookkeeping software (e.g., Sage) and MS Office (Excel)
3. Strong organisational skills with a detail-oriented and proactive approach
4. Good communication skills and experience managing contracts or property-related tasks
The successful candidate will start with us within the next couple of weeks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year

1. 8 hour shift
2. Monday to Friday
