Responsibilities

1. Develop and deliver winning bids by crafting persuasive, compliant bid documents that align with client requirements while showcasing the company's unique strengths.

2. Collaborate with internal teams, including the bidding team, subject matter experts, and departments to gather key insights and ensure cohesive, accurate submissions.

3. Write, proofread, and edit bid responses, PQQs, and presentations to maintain clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
">
4. Bid library management involves building and maintaining a repository of standard responses, templates, and case studies to enhance efficiency and consistency in future bids.
">
5. Analyse client feedback to refine future bids and improve success rates.
">
6. Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
