About your new job:
The Maintenance Technician will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by supporting the plant's daily maintenance needs and keeping equipment running at peak performance.
Your duties as a Maintenance Technician:
* Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections and perform adjustments, repairs, or replacements of defective parts or equipment as needed.
* Rebuild and repair robotics, automated systems, and hydraulic components, including valves and pumps, to ensure optimal performance.
* Perform calibrations on injection units and clamp-end systems using specified equipment, verifying proper machine sequence operation.
* Oversee facility maintenance, ensuring all building systems are functional and address any required repairs.
* Create and manage comprehensive maintenance plans for plant equipment while maintaining detailed service records and schedules.
* Participate in daily technical meetings, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and implement Lean Principles to enhance operational efficiency.
What skill/experience you need:
Hold a certification in engineering, automation, or a mechanical fitter qualification, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated expertise in working with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Proven background in a similar technical role, showcasing hands-on experience and problem-solving skills.
