Duties:
* Review and manage project contracts, including all addendums and terms.
* Communicate project progress with Contracts Directors and clients.
* Negotiate pre-appointment terms with clients and their design teams.
* Assist in appointing and managing site teams.
* Foster relationships with clients and the design team, ensuring smooth information flow.
* Oversee project execution, including resources (labour, materials, equipment, subcontractors).
* Develop and agree on project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
* Allocate and manage resources, equipment, and manpower within budget and timeline.
* Lead production meetings and maintain project documentation.
* Ensure project quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications and regulations.
* Coordinate project operations and monitor subcontractor performance.
* Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
* Prepare and report on project progress, costs, and schedules.
* Manage subcontractor contracts and payments, including resolving disputes and claims.
* Monitor project financial performance, including cost control and revenue reporting.
* Represent the company in meetings with stakeholders, ensuring project closeout and handover.
* Oversee the development of risk management strategies and project communication.
