A rapidly scaling Irish Business has recently secured funding to accelerate its international expansion. They are now at an exciting inflection point—poised for further international growth organically as well as via acquisition. As the CFO, you will be a critical part of the leadership team, responsible for building a finance function that drives strategic growth, financial discipline, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Establish scalable processes, systems, and controls from scratch.
2. Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategy.
3. Implement robust financial reporting frameworks, ensuring investor-grade accuracy and compliance.
4. Oversee cash flow, budgeting and working capital management.
5. Support international expansion, pricing strategies, and M&A opportunities as we scale.
6. Manage relationships with investors, prepare board reports, and shape future capital strategies.
Requirements:
1. Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 10 years in senior financial leadership roles
2. Experience in M&A, fundraising, and investor relations
3. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Remuneration:
The remuneration package would be in line with experienced CFO.
