Job Title: Research Assistant
Department: School of Population Health, RCSI Dublin
Reporting to: Professor David Williams / Professor Frances Horgan
Key Responsibilities:
* To develop educational STROKE SPEAK content for staff and patients.
* To coordinate and host Public and Patient Involvement (PPI) / stakeholder and development workshops.
* To lead the final refinement of STROKE SPEAK resources.
* To coordinate the translation of final resources.
* Contributing to the development of dissemination outputs, including a project website.
* To develop a repository for all Stroke SPEAK resources to ensure that they are accessible for stroke patients, their families and carers, all healthcare professionals working in stroke care and the general public.
* To evaluate reach and capture measures of success of the Stroke SPEAK repository.
* Co-ordination of own day-to-day work to support ongoing projects.
* Undertaking duties assigned by the PIs, workpackage leads or his/her nominee in support of the projects.
Qualifications:
* A BSc or MSc or equivalent in management, marketing, health services research or a related discipline.
