Revenue Manager (€40,000 - €55,000 per year)
About the Role
M Recruitment is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join a boutique hotel group in Ireland. As a key member of the Executive Team, you will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Front Office teams.
Main Responsibilities
* Drive incremental revenue and profit for the hotel by maximizing room revenue contribution through thorough understanding of booking channels, inventory management, and rate optimization.
* Analyze changing channel distribution models and their impact on consumer booking trends, and implement strategies to reflect demand and market conditions.
* Effectively manage rates across all distribution channels, optimize hotel and corporate pricing, and lead the Revenue and Reservations Team.
* Determine effective and engaging rate offers and packages, and monitor transient and group booking pace to inform pricing and availability controls.
* Complete timely rooms and revenue forecasts to accurately project demand, and work with the DOSM and Sales Team to encourage strategic business selection.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Revenue Manager
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
* Experience with Revenue Management Systems and digital platforms
* Strong problem-solving abilities, business acumen, and numerical reasoning
