Job Title: Sales & Client Account Specialist
Location: Dublin City South, Ireland
Model: Fully Onsite for 6 months and then Hybrid.
About the Role:
Are you a proactive and driven individual with a passion for sales, customer engagement, and business growth? We are seeking a Sales & Client Account Specialist support our sales team by generating new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys both lead generation and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development (60%)
* Identify and generate new business leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
* Build a strong pipeline of potential clients by gathering key business insights and decision-maker contacts.
* Schedule meetings for the sales team to present tailored solutions.
* Create awareness of our products and services through targeted marketing initiatives.
* Act as the first point of contact for new business inquiries and ensure smooth allocation to the appropriate team members.
* Support digital and social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract new prospects.
Client Retention & Relationship Management
* Maintain regular communication with existing clients to assess their ongoing needs and identify opportunities for additional products or services.
* Manage contract renewals, extensions, and revisions to support client retention and satisfaction.
* Provide quotations and financial applications for new and existing clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, ensuring excellent service and efficient resolution of any issues.
* Generate monthly reports on client engagement, retention trends, and business performance.
* Attend industry events and product presentations to stay informed about market developments.
Key Requirements:
* 1 to 2 years’ experience in lead generation, sales support, or customer relationship management.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and engaging approach.
* Proven ability to build rapport and nurture long-term client relationships.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Experience using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) for business development.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive, results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
