Job Summary
The Coordinator, Digital Marketing is responsible for assisting in the execution of our digital marketing strategies, ensuring consistent growth and engagement across our platforms.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for social media planning and community management to ensure consistent growth.
2. Assist in building a library of b-roll videos, still imagery, in-store videos, etc.
3. Coordinate user-generated content assets and compile them in the promotion queue.
4. Organize agency-delivered assets and execute strategies across social platforms, including retailer launch/promo support, e-commerce support, brand awareness, and email/SMS.
5. Monitor and report on retail campaign performance for recaps.
6. Engage proactively on social platforms.
7. Contact giveaway winners and ensure product delivery.
8. Monitor and respond to reviews, and send out reports.
9. Conduct customer perception surveys and report findings.
10. Handle organization of documents (W9s, invoices, payment info, contracts, waivers, etc.) and support the Brand Ambassador program.
11. Assist with PR lists/interview sourcing and press release management.
12. Support rebranding needs and event support.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or another related field.
Experience: 0 – 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
