Job Overview
You will play a key role in overseeing the implementation of software solutions for clients across the Healthcare and Financial Services sectors. This involves establishing project scope and requirements in partnership with both the client and our sales team, ensuring timely and effective product delivery.
Responsibilities
1. Establish project scope and gather client requirements from the Healthcare and Financial Services sectors.
2. Develop and implement project plans, track progress, and escalate issues to management as needed.
3. Maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
4. Test final solutions for quality and prepare user training materials.
Requirements
1. Excellent communication and presentation skills for running effective stakeholder meetings and project reviews.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work independently on multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
4. Willingness to travel for onsite meetings and training with a full driving license.
5. Desirable: degree-level education, project management experience, knowledge of project management tools and software, PMI/Prince certification, and MS Office proficiency.
