Our client, a highly regarded law firm, is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their expanding team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior solicitor to work on high-quality employment law matters, advising both employers and employees across a range of industries.

The Role:
- Advising clients on a full range of employment law matters, including contracts, policies, and disputes.
- Handling contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Representing clients in employment tribunals and other dispute resolution forums.
- Keeping up to date with developments in employment law and advising clients accordingly.
- Assisting senior lawyers with large-scale employment cases and projects.
The Person:
- 1-2 years' PQE with a strong background in employment law.
- Experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Strong research and drafting skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
