Customer Service Representative – Evening Shift (17:00-01:00 Mon to Fri)
Our client, a Galway based healthcare business, seeks to hire a customer service representative who is a collaborative team player, approachable, personable, and able to build strong relationships with others. This is a permanent role reporting to the customer service manager.

Working Hours: 5pm to 1am Monday to Friday, on-site. Hybrid options available after the probation period.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues/complaints which customers might have regarding the company's products.
2. Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
3. Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
4. Completing documentation to in-house standards and being compliant with all in-house procedures.
5. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Fluency in spoken and written English.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Keen attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
