Community Operations Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a Community Operations Analyst for multiple markets.
* Investigate and resolve reported issues, including requests for account support or potentially abusive content.
* Enforce client terms of use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
* Stay knowledgeable about client products and community standards.
* Use market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions to improve community support.
* Analyse data to develop ways to improve the user experience.
* Recognise trends and patterns and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.

Language Skills
* Fluent level of market language in oral and written communication, with an in-depth understanding of culture and social trends.
* Advanced level of English (C1).
Contract and Compensation
* Full-time, permanent contract with Covalen Solutions.
* €29,700 per year as base salary.
* 25% salary uplift for late hours from 10pm to 2am.

Working Hours and Location
* Candidates choose between Day shift (9am – 5:30pm) or Evening shift (6pm – 2am). No rotations.
* Monday to Friday, occasionally weekends and bank holidays.
* Office location: Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South.
Important Requirements
* Candidates must be fully confident in dealing with sensitive content.
* Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland (EU passport / Stamp 4 / Stamp 1G for minimum 12 months or renewable).
