Our client is a global market leader in Medical Devices who are looking to grow their Marketing team with a new Brand Manager for the Digestive Health team across Europe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic planning & tactical execution of pain management product specific marketing activity to deliver on the short and long term goals, working closely with the Regional Heads of Marketing to develop brand strategy with sympathy to the clinical, environmental & political landscapes.
You will be an integral part of new products going to market and being successful. This role will report directly to the Marketing Director.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for communicating with customers globally such as Sales Vice Presidents & Directors, Marketing Directors & C Suite leaders, understanding the customer journey on a case by case basis.
To be considered...To be considered for this role you must have pan-European marketing experience with proven success in launching new products into multiple key European markets.
You must have been responsible for the Go-to-market strategy and execution for technical Medical Devices, have proven experience in both upstream & downstream marketing, and have the ability to predict and navigate the problems that come with the international medical device market.
You should be analytically minded, have a keen eye for fine details, be passionately creative and be a natural problem solver.
