Business Support Administrator - Dublin City Centre
Business Support Administrator - MCR Group. Due to continued growth, The MCR Group is looking to expand the Bid team. This is an exciting role and will involve being part of a busy and successful team, immersed in many projects and activities across the Group:
1. Supporting the sales team to ensure they have all necessary sales support tools required.
2. Liaising with sales team regarding upcoming contract opportunities.
3. Management of the bid library.
4. Overseeing the collation of content for tender responses.
5. Completing prequalification documentation.
6. Completing health and safety documentation.
7. Tender assistance and support.
8. Managing various sales databases.
9. Managing tender trackers and CRM.
Skills Required:
1. Excellent written and verbal English.
2. Capable of multitasking.
3. An accurate proof reader with great attention to detail.
4. Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines - time management skills.
5. People management skills (i.e. scheduling meetings, information collection, etc.).
6. Ability to coordinate and facilitate between multiple departments.
7. Ability to work under own initiative as well as being a team player.
8. Ability to effectively communicate within Bid team and to wider management team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working in an office environment. A third level degree is advantageous but not essential.
