As Retail Artist Manager, you will ensure your team of Retail Artists are performing to the best of their abilities by motivating and leading by example. Working in conjunction with the field team on strategy and team management, you will ensure the brand objectives are delivered. In order to lead your team to success, you will work alongside the Education, Artistry and Sales teams to ensure their growth and development.
KNOW THE ROLE
1. Achieve required retail sales targets set by the Studio Manager
2. Completion of a Face Chart for every customer to keeping in contact with her by phone, mail and capture all data on OCT system
3. Accurately complete all relevant administration accurately, legibly and on time to comply with brand expectations
4. Adhere to the Bobbi Brown customer service guidelines ensuring we engage with the customer and they receive a prompt, polite, knowledgeable, efficient experience on every occasion
5. Provide each and every customer with the appropriate service from the Menu of Beauty Lessons
6. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge, communicating this to the customer to meet their needs
7. Excellent communication of Follow stock guidelines and highlight problems to the Sales and Education Executive
8. Display good time management and time keeping, prioritising to manage time on counter effectively. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Actively participate in cleaning displayer units, tools and testers
9. Adhere to Bobbi Brown hygiene standards and take action to ensure the counter complies with these
10. Assist daily in stock and hygiene supplies replenishment and maintain appropriate levels throughout the day
11. Maintain proper placement and condition of merchandise on counter, in stock rooms and all stock holding areas
12. Liaise with team on a weekly basis to with update on your performance. Help colleagues and team efficiency by being flexible and taking on tasks as required.
13. Perform other duties / tasks as directed by your line manager
14. Inform management of any store maintenance or Health and Safety issues which might lead to accidents
15. Adhering at all times to the Bobbi Brown Grooming Guidelines
KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
16. Proven retail sales experience preferably within cosmetics
17. The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
18. Previous experience including sales and customer service targets
19. Artistry experience
20. Experience of creating and executing in-store events
21. Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
