Role Overview: The firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their Litigation Department.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, providing high-quality legal services across multiple areas, including Personal Injury, Medical Negligence, Family Law, and Criminal Law.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution.
Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in areas such as Personal Injury, Medical Negligence, Family Law, and Criminal Law.
Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
Conduct legal research to support case strategies and client advice.
Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records in compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Engage in business development activities to promote the firm's services and build client relationships.
Criteria: Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (or qualifying 2025) Demonstrated interest or experience in litigation, particularly in Personal Injury, Medical Negligence, Family Law, or Criminal Law.
Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases effectively, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
Commitment to delivering high-quality client care and maintaining professional integrity.
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management systems.
Desirable Criteria: Experience in attending court hearings and managing own caseload.
Familiarity with the regulatory framework governing legal practice in Northern Ireland.
