You will be responsible for overseeing our global treasury function and ensuring efficient capital allocation to support our growth objectives. This position requires a strong combination of financial expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking.Key ResponsibilitiesTreasury ManagementDevelop and implement effective strategies for managing the company's liquidity, cash flow, and financial risk.Drive operational excellence in treasury function, through efficiency and automation.Oversee the global treasury function, including cash management, debt financing, and investment management.Monitor and analyze market trends and financial instruments to optimize the company's treasury operations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast cash flow requirements and develop cash management policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and accounting standards.Strategic Financial PlanningContribute to the development of the company's financial strategy and long-term business plans.Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making on investments, capital allocation, and business development opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate potential risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies.Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management and the board of directors.Team Leadership and DevelopmentBuild and lead a high-performing team of treasury professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.Set clear goals and expectations, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and recognition.Foster a strong understanding of treasury and corporate structure matters across the organization through training and communication initiatives.You will have10 plus years’ experience in treasury management, preferably within the technology or AI industry.Significant global experience as well as working with teams across multiple time zones.Experience working in/with private equities/venture capital.Proven record driving operational excellence within a treasury environment.Strong experience with global banking as well as banking integrations (specifically JP Morgan) with Netsuite environment.In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, risk management strategies, and treasury best practices.Understanding of tax planning, and legal implications.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.Professional certifications such as CFA, ACT, or similar credentials are a plus.Education & QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Salary and PackageAs well as a competitive base salary dependent on the number of years of experience, we also offer corporate benefits.We believe that richness in diversity is a huge asset for Afiniti.
