Job Description
As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to children with disabilities and their families. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with disabilities to identify their needs and formulate tailored support plans.
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to implement intervention strategies.
* Advocate for children's rights and access to services, ensuring their best interests are prioritised.
* Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports in line with organisational and regulatory standards.
* Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuous professional development activities.
Requirements:
* Essential: CORU registration as a Social Worker.
* A minimum of 1 year of post-graduate experience in a social work role.
* Some experience working within the disabilities sector is preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
