As a Community Operations Analyst at Covalen, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' communities and ensuring a positive, safe user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients' community members with inquiries, resolving issues empathetically, accurately, and on time.
* Stay knowledgeable about clients' products and community standards to provide informed support.
* Maintain a high level of personal resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Utilize data analysis to identify trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
Requirements:
* Proficient in Dutch and English languages.
* Cultural understanding of the market.
* Experience working in an office environment is preferred.
* Highly reliable, consistent, and hard-working individual.
