Instructional Designer - eLearning Platforms
Our client is looking for an Instructional Designer with best-practice teaching and instruction experience. The role will involve occasionally going on-site to primary schools to represent the company and help support and run focus groups of kids trialing their education technology.

Essential Skills/Experience
* Background in education and instructional design using eLearning platforms
* Experience in best practice techniques of teaching to primary school students
* Experience of technology in the classroom and understanding of how and where technology can aid blended learning
* Must be available to travel on-site to primary schools in Ireland to lead focus group sessions with students, as and when is needed
* Excellent soft skills and strong ability to engage students.
Desirable Skills/Experience
* Ideally has experience in leading and managing focus groups featuring primary school students with a view to measuring engagement with technology.
* Experience teaching students with learning impairments/difficulties.
* Ideally would be vetted already by An Garda Siochana in Ireland.
* General Project Management skills
* Background in technology companies is not essential so long as they are familiar with technology solutions used in Irish schools.
