Galway, manufacture and distribute a range of medical device products used in the diagnosis of human neurological disorders.Job Overview:The International Warehouse & Distribution Centre Manager is a senior leadership role within the Global Operations team. This critical position is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the international warehouse and distribution functions, including Imports/Exports, Receiving, Inventory Control, Warehousing, Packing, Shipping, and Compliance. The role also plays a key part in improving operational efficiency and ensuring adherence to trade compliance standards.What you’ll get to do in this role:Lead and manage the full spectrum of warehousing and distribution operations, driving daily management meetings to align with business goals.Provide expertise in warehousing and distribution processes, ensuring that all procedures meet business requirements and quality standards.Ensure stock status accuracy and manage the cycle count process across all responsibilities.Oversee capacity management and ensure appropriate resource planning to meet operational objectives.Initiate and manage projects that drive process improvements, cost reductions, and service level increases.Create a work environment that fosters employee excellence, motivation, and team development.Lead, select, and develop team members to meet operational goals and objectives.Prepare and manage budgets, providing monthly monitoring and reporting.Develop and implement standardized KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals.Collaborate with quality, engineering, and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delays in the distribution process.Manage international trade and compliance, ensuring effective product movement to meet revenue goals.Own monthly and year-end warehousing performance, ensuring deadlines, off-dock revenue shipments, and installation targets are met.Partner with procurement to manage international freight and ensure trade compliance codes are in place to prevent shipping delays.Contribute to cost-saving initiatives as part of global operations.Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring proper procedures and training are in place for warehousing personnel.Oversee Oracle improvements within warehousing and distribution operations, collaborating with IT and other sites.Address complex logistical challenges across multiple regions.Occasional travel (estimated 10-15%) may be required for this position.What we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.5+ years in warehouse and distribution management, with import/export experience.Strong leadership and communication skills.Experience with continuous improvement and lean techniques.Familiarity with Oracle EBS or similar ERP systems.Knowledge of ISO 9001; ISO 13485 experience preferred.APICS/IPICS certification is a plus.Proven ability to manage international trade compliance and work with cross-functional teams.Compensation and Benefits: Along with a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefit package to start: Health & Life Assurance cover, defined contribution pension plan, excellent career progression opportunities, free parking, and educational assistance.We are PASSIONATE about:Natus Medical Incorporated is recognized by healthcare providers globally as the source for solutions to screen, diagnose, and treat disorders of the brain, neural pathways and sensory nervous system.
