We are seeking Quality Technician II on a permanent basis to join our team.
Purpose:
You will demonstrate commitment to the Quality Policy through your daily execution of sound quality practices and the maintenance of an effective quality system and complying with regulations governing the quality system.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance to all applicable regulatory standards and current GMP procedures and practices.
2. Routine final functional testing, product release criteria testing/inspection and recording of test results.
3. Review and update of QA Documentation.
4. Control of non-conforming product.
5. Problem solving and continuous improvement investigations.
6. Provide assistance and support to the Quality Engineering and Operations function.
7. Provision of excellent service to all internal customers for the production group or functional area in which they work.
8. Decision making ability coupled with the ability to work on one's own initiative and with minimum supervision is required.
9. Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
10. Excellent attention to detail.
11. Communicate any concerns about work process regarding environmental impact, health or safety issues to their Manager.
Education & Experience:
1. NQF Level 6 (120 Credits) or above in STEM Discipline.
2. 2-5 years experience in a similar role.
3. Decision making ability coupled with the ability to work on one’s own initiative and with minimum supervision.
4. Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
5. Excellent attention to detail.
6. Experience with Sterilization or Packaging process is desirable.
