Role: Breakfast Chef
Reporting to: Head Chef
Responsible for: You will be responsible for the preparation, production and service of Breakfast food to the highest standard and in accordance with food hygiene HACCP regulations.
Job Description
1. Preparing and cooking of all breakfast dishes to order and ensure they conform to agreed standards prior to service.
2. Maintaining the highest level of work cleanliness and hygiene throughout all duties and with compliance to HACCP regulations.
3. Carrying out ordering duties as required.
4. Dealing with the intake of deliveries.
