Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist the day-to-day operations of the base, providing exceptional customer service to all passengers, visitors, and crew in line with the Signature Service Programme.
2. Carry out ramp services as required for the operation, providing assistance to crews and liaising with ground handling services where necessary as directed by the customer and General Manager.
3. Liaise with customers and provide information relevant to flight requirements.
4. Ensure that we adhere and comply with all requirements/guidelines/passport, customs, and immigration formalities set by the airport authority, Immigration, and Customs.
5. Be fully conversant with the CFMU, Signet, and SHEEBA systems.
6. Raise and process invoices and assist customers and suppliers with their invoicing queries, proactively cross-checking invoices to ensure accurate billing.
7. Guarantee the correct level of supplies such as tea, coffee, soft drinks, and biscuits within VIP lounge areas are upheld and ensure the highest level of cleanliness and presentation of all VIP areas.
8. Any other requests from your Manager or Supervisors in line with the day-to-day operation of the base.

About You:
1. Ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. IT literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office programmes – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
